Cancellation & Refund

We strive to provide you with the best meal subscription experience.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. We have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below to ensure a transparent and hassle-free process:

Cancellation of Subscription:

Customers have the freedom to cancel their subscription anytime they wish. Whether it’s due to personal reasons or a change in dietary preferences, we respect your decision.

Refund for Pending Meals:

Customers have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any point during its duration. Upon cancellation, a refund will be provided for the remaining items, calculated based on the applicable package on the number of meals consumed.

Non-Refundable Taxes:

Please note that taxes paid on the subscription plan are non-refundable. Only the meal charges will be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time:

Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment source within 3-5 business days. Please allow some time for the processing and reflection of the amount in your account.

Meal Non-Acceptance:

In the event that a customer has scheduled a meal delivery but fails to accept the meal from the delivery partner, no refund will be provided for that particular meal. It is the customer’s responsibility to accept the meal upon delivery.

Food Quality Issues:

We take food quality very seriously at “Well Served.” If you encounter any issues with the quality of our meals, we request you to promptly raise a complaint at orders@wellserved.in. In your email, please mention the specific issue you faced and provide valid proof, such as photographs, to aid in our investigation process. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and take appropriate actions to rectify the situation.
