2.    Pricing and Payment: The subscription cost includes GST and a delivery fee.
3.    Delivery Terms: Food delivery will be carried out within the selected time slot. Well Served operates in Gurgaon and Mumbai.
4.    Cancellation and Refunds: Customers have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any point during its duration. Upon cancellation, a refund will be provided for the remaining items, calculated based on the applicable package on the number of meals consumed.
5.    Subscription Changes: Customers can make adjustments to their meal plan, delivery frequency, and delivery address, as long as it falls within the kitchen’s service area.
6.    Communication: The service provider will communicate with customers via email, app notifications, and messages.
7.    Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of unexpected events, such as natural disasters or emergencies, that prevent the service provider from fulfilling their obligations, the subscription plan will be extended accordingly.
8.    Cancellation Timeframe: Customers can cancel a meal for a particular day up to 4 hours before the selected delivery time slot.
